To supply an encoder-modulator by MediaKind for high-quality conversion and transmission of digital video and audio content.
ACHIEVED RESULTS:
As a result of the project, the Mangystau Regional TV and Radio Company significantly improved broadcast quality, as well as increased flexibility and functionality in handling video content.
